I had a small fender bender and the service I received was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and arrived quickly. They handled everything with care, made the entire process stress-free, and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s hard to find this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, reliable, and professional assistance. Thank you for the excellent 5-star service!

I brought my vehicle here for a visual frame inspection after a recent purchase from a dealership. I had concerns about rust on the frame, and Tony told me to come in the same day. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and confirmed that the frame had previously been worked on and had rusted through to the point that he considered the vehicle unsafe and not roadworthy. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the process. He also provided me with an estimate and documentation that will be very helpful as I address this issue with the dealership that sold me the vehicle. It’s honestly hard to find people these days who are this straightforward, professional, and willing to help.

Been coming here for 8 or 9 years now anytime we get into an accident. The repair is always perfect and the communication is great. Biggest delay will be parts delivery, but you can sometimes eliminate that if they are able to pre-order the parts. Tony, James, and the rest of the crew - thank you as always.

I took my vehicle in for a bumper replacement after being rear-ended. I worked primarily with James, but the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful. James did a great job keeping me updated (status with insurance adjusters, parts, etc.). This is the second time in 15 years I've brought a vehicle to Autobahn Collision Center, and I've been extremely satisfied with the service and results both times.

I’ve been using Autobahn Repair Service in Torrance since 2012, when I got into my first accident after being rear-ended at a stoplight. Tony did an absolutely wonderful job repairing my car — and he did it on great terms. Everyone in the office is so warm, kind, and caring. They always make me feel like part of the family, and it really is a true family business. Tony owns the shop now, but his father started it decades ago, and they’ve been serving the community for over 30 years. There’s a reason they’ve been around this long — they treat their customers right and stand behind their work. I’m so grateful for their honesty and quality service, and I highly recommend Autobahn Repair Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.
